Cash payments are required upon pick up of Balikbayan boxes and goods.  Acknowledgment and Official Receipts will be issued to cash payments.

Should the pick up of  Balikbayan Boxes and goods is served through our authorized Logistics, a statement of account will be sent to you for your payment reference.

For declarable goods, equivalent costs should be paid immediately after receipt of the statement of account or invoice.

Important information:

Additional storage costs of 1 Euro per box per day will be charged for unpaid Balikbayan boxes and goods.  And please be informed that unpaid Balikbayan boxes and goods will be held and wouldn’t be delivered until accounts are settled.
