Payment Instructions

The Balikbayan boxes to be shipped must be paid in cash upon pick-up. You will receive a receipt for this amount at the time of collection, and upon request, a proper invoice will be issued afterwards. If the pick-up of the Balikbayan box is carried out by a logistics company commissioned by us, you will receive an invoice from us after the box has been received, which must be paid immediately.

For goods subject to customs duties, the resulting costs must be settled immediately upon receipt of the invoice. For your information: unpaid invoices will prevent the delivery of your goods, and storage fees will be incurred. Currently, these amount to €1.00 per day per package. We ask for your understanding that unpaid orders cannot be delivered.
